General Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility

Sweepstakes are open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of International Sweepstakes LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of International Sweepstakes LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

3. How to Enter (AMOE)

The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of International Sweepstakes LLC.

Alternative Method of Entry: You may enter without purchase by mailing a 3x5 card with your name, address, email, and phone number to: International Sweepstakes LLC, 6210 Wilshire Blvd Ste 200, #525, Los Angeles, CA 90048. This method ensures compliance with the "No Purchase Necessary" law.

4. General Terms

Taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. International Sweepstakes LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable.

Your privacy is critically important to us. It is International Sweepstakes LLC's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our sweepstakes administration services and website.

Information Collection

We collect only the minimum personal information required for sweepstakes eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, and mandatory tax reporting (for prizes valued over $600 USD). This includes name, address, date of birth, and email address.

Data Security and Use

We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with partners only for the purpose of prize fulfillment or legal/tax compliance.

Terms of Service (Client/Sponsor Agreement)

These terms govern the use of our sweepstakes administration services for client sponsors. By engaging International Sweepstakes LLC, the Client agrees to these terms.

1. Scope of Service

International Sweepstakes LLC agrees to provide turnkey administration services including, but not limited to, official rules drafting, state registration and bonding, winner verification, and prize fulfillment logistics.

2. Compliance Guarantee

We warrant that all services rendered shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding sweepstakes and promotions, provided the Client adheres to all marketing and communication guidelines provided by International Sweepstakes LLC.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless International Sweepstakes LLC from any claims arising from the Client's advertising content or any unauthorized modifications to the official rules post-approval.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Policy

As a professional sweepstakes administrator, we ensure every promotion includes a free, equally-accessible method of entry to comply with United States lottery laws.

Purpose

Federal law dictates that sweepstakes must contain the element of chance without requiring "consideration" (i.e., payment or purchase). The AMOE ensures that anyone can enter the sweepstakes with identical odds of winning, regardless of purchase.

Standard AMOE Method

Unless specified otherwise in a specific promotion's Official Rules, the standard AMOE for all promotions administered by International Sweepstakes LLC is as follows:

• Mail a legible 3" x 5" card containing your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Mail it to: International Sweepstakes LLC, 6210 Wilshire Blvd Ste 200, #525, Los Angeles, CA 90048.
• All AMOE entries must be postmarked and received by the dates specified in the Official Rules of the specific sweepstakes.
